How the questions are made
This is a rule-based tool, not an AI model. It splits your passage into sentences, picks a key term in each (preferring numbers, then capitalised names, then longer words), and turns that into a blank, a multiple-choice question with distractors drawn from other terms in your text, or a true/false statement with the term swapped. Results are only as good as the passage, and some questions will be awkward — skim them and edit before handing them out. It works best on factual, textbook-style paragraphs, in English or Hindi.
About the Question Generator
The Question Generator turns a passage of text into practice questions: fill-in-the-blank, multiple choice, true/false and short-answer. Teachers, tutors and students use it to quickly prepare revision material from a chapter or notes.
This is a rule-based tool, not an AI model. It splits the passage into sentences, picks a key term in each (preferring numbers, then capitalised names, then longer words) and builds questions around it. Multiple-choice distractors are taken from other terms in your passage. It works best on clear factual paragraphs, in English or Hindi. Because it is automatic, some questions will be awkward, so review and edit them before using them with students.
