We read every message. The most useful ones tell us exactly what went wrong or what you would like to see.
We aim to reply within a few working days.
What to include
- Reporting a bug: the name of the tool, what you did, what you expected and what happened instead. Please mention your browser and device (for example Chrome on Android) and, if possible, the size and type of the file you used. Do not send private documents; a description is enough.
- Suggesting a tool: tell us the job you are trying to get done, not only the tool name. We build new tools based on what visitors ask for.
- Correcting information: if a rate, rule, formula or explanation on a page looks wrong or out of date, send the page address and the correct source.
- Privacy questions: see the Privacy Policy first, then write to us with any further questions.
- Business and advertising: please write to the same address with the subject line "Business".
Before you write
Many questions are answered on the tool's own page, under "Frequently asked questions" and "Tips and good to know". Because the tools run in your browser, we cannot recover files or text you lost on your own device, and we cannot see anything you processed.
