By using toolsbench.org ("ToolBench", "the site") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Use of the tools

ToolBench provides free online tools for personal, educational and commercial use. You may use the output of the tools, such as converted files, generated text, QR codes or printable worksheets, for any lawful purpose. You may not misuse the site, for example by trying to disrupt it, overload the optional AI server, bypass its rate limits or use it to process content that is illegal or that you have no right to use.

2. Your content

You keep all rights to files and text you process. Because processing happens in your browser, we do not receive your content, except for the optional AI cutout feature described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to use any file you process.

3. No professional advice

Financial, health, tax, legal, nutrition, pregnancy, pet and similar calculators give estimates based on simplified formulas and the numbers you enter. They are for general information only and are not financial, medical, legal or other professional advice. Always verify important results with a qualified professional or an official source. Entertainment tools such as the Love Calculator, Numerology Calculator and Zodiac Sign Finder are for fun only.

4. No warranty

The site and tools are provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to make them accurate and reliable, but we do not guarantee that they are error-free, uninterrupted or suitable for a particular purpose. Keep a copy of your original files, since converting, compressing or editing may change them.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ToolBench and its operator are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of, or inability to use, the site or its tools, including loss of data or decisions made on the basis of a result.

6. Intellectual property

The design, text and code of ToolBench are owned by the site operator or used under licence. Open-source libraries used by the tools remain subject to their own licences. You may link to any page of the site.

7. Advertising and third-party services

The site displays advertising and uses third-party services, as described in the Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content of advertisements or of other websites that the site links to.

8. Changes

We may change the tools or these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
